Users' Acceptance of Artificial Intelligence-Based Chatbots

This research examines the effects of factors such as perceived ease use, usefulness, enjoyment, innovativeness, information quality, and customisation on behavioural intention to use Chatbots. The model designed is empirically validated using structural equation modelling with aid AMOS software. A five-point Likert scale-based structured questionnaire was used collect data from 378 Chatbot users in an online method. results indicated that have positive Chatbots, whereas enjoyment found exert no effect. further discussed implications future directions research.
